Apparently, it's his first time and energy to head an MLM but he was an affiliate for NuSkin, well-known personal care products, and dietary supplements MLM.

Is Riway A Pyramid Scheme/Ponzi Scheme?

Riway may include retailable products. However, it can be in peril of learning to be a pyramid scheme due to the terrible retail opportunity here as their goods are overpriced. To sum it up, Riway can be an MLM that provides the so-called deer placenta that claims to heal stage 4 cancer. However, with claims not backed up with proof, it's all useless and as it happens a little scammy. 

It's also pretty expensive to join and these products are overpriced, making it difficult to market and sell them. And if that's the case, affiliates will opt and concentrate more on recruitment, which can put the brand at the chance of being a Ponzi scheme.

It's also not transparent with their compensation plan, which is a major red flag. They provide a money-making opportunity yet they didn't make an effort in sharing what this really is about.
